What is Cancer Therapy & Support?

Cancer therapy and support provides a safe space to process the overwhelming emotions that come with a cancer diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, or caring for a loved one with cancer.

As a survivor of stage 3a breast cancer myself, I understand firsthand that receiving a cancer diagnosis can be one of the most overwhelming events in your life. Since cancer impacts almost every area of your life—home, work, finances, and your closest relationships—it's an especially necessary time to seek help for your emotional health.

Having survived cancer myself, I bring both clinical expertise and personal experience to this work.

I understand that anxiety, fear, and panic are all common reactions that can persist well after treatment is completed. I create a safe space where you can explore and process your thoughts and feelings freely without worrying about how your listener may feel.

Research shows how integral mental health is to our physical health, particularly in the success of treatment, and strong relationships can serve as a buffer against cancer-related stress.
