What is Affair & Infidelity Counseling?

Helping couples navigate one of the most painful experiences in a relationship.

While the betrayal of an affair is deeply traumatic, it doesn't have to signal the end of your relationship. Many couples survive infidelity and come out stronger on the other side. Infidelity can often be the result of unresolved yearning and longing for closeness, and an affair can become a catalyst for long-overdue conversations about what you both need.

Is this right for me?

Affair and infidelity counseling can help if you're experiencing:

  • Recent discovery of an affair or infidelity

  • Past affair that you can't seem to get over

  • Emotional affairs or online infidelity

  • Multiple affairs or ongoing infidelity

  • Deciding whether to stay together or separate

  • Difficulty rebuilding trust after betrayal

  • Processing intense emotions (anger, grief, shame, confusion)

  • Healing as individuals while navigating the relationship

  • Understanding why the affair happened

  • Fear that it will happen again

  • Recommitting to your relationship after infidelity

I guide you through the healing process with empathy for both partners, without shaming but with accountability, and by creating safety for each of you to process and work through your experience.

I understand that both the betrayed partner and the partner who went outside the relationship are hurting and overwhelmed. Together, we'll identify the patterns that contributed to disconnection in your relationship, deal with root causes of the affair, and help you determine which path forward is right for you—whether that's rebuilding, separating gracefully, or healing individually.
