Scheduling

FOR NEW CLIENTS
Once you have determined that you would like to work with me, I will create an account for you in my electronic health record (EHR) using your name and email address. If you are in couples or family counseling, each member of the couple/family will have their own account. You will receive an invitation via your email address to join my client portal. Once there you will find intake documents to complete before your first session. You will also receive a Good Faith Estimate. Once you have joined my portal, you will be able to schedule sessions, send and receive secure messages, and access billing documents.

FOR CURRENT CLIENTS
Click here to log in to my client portal for scheduling, messaging, and to view your billing documents. This button is also available in the main navigation bar at the top of the website as well as in the footer of the website.

IN-PERSON AND TELEHEALTH (VIDEO) APPOINTMENTS
When you schedule your appointment(s), you may select either an in-person session or a video session. First sessions are always conducted in-person unless we have discussed it previously. Video appointments use a secure, HIPAA compliant platform accessed through the client portal of my EHR.

You may download the mobile app for my client portal on the App Store or Google Play. The app is called Simple Practice Client Portal. It has all the functions available on the web version.
